01 / Design for a Day
This is the perfect solution for smaller-scale projects, to review design dilemmas or to reimagine spaces in your home. This one day, 6 hour in person service will bring our design expertise directly to your home, offering guidance, fresh ideas and personalized material suggestions to help you make confident, quick decisions.
02 / Furnishing and Styling
For clients who have a complete space but need some guidance striking the balance between beauty and function and creating a cohesive feel, Sidemark Studio offers standalone furnishing and styling services. We select, source, receive, deliver and install the elements that turn a house into a home.
03 / Renovation/Remodel + New Construction
Transforming a home is a big undertaking, so we work closely with our clients to help bring their vision to life, creating spaces that feel both functional and beautiful. Throughout the process, we partner with architects, builders, and trades to address every detail thoughtfully—from custom cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, and appliances to hard surface selections and more.

The Full Process

We’ll begin with a complimentary 20-minute video call to get acquainted, understand your vision, and assess if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule a 90-minute on-site consultation to review your space in detail. During this meeting, we’ll cover project scope, budget, and style, discussing any architectural plans you may have. By the end, we’ll have the information we need to create a tailored proposal for your design needs. Expect a clear list of deliverables, which may include design boards, floor plans, elevations, and curated selections for materials, lighting, furniture, and more.

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll dive into a series of design meetings tailored to bring your project to life. We’ll start by asking you to complete a detailed client questionnaire to help us get clarity on your preferences. During our Kick-Off Meeting, we’ll review the questionnaire, go over your inspiration images, take on-site measurements and photos, confirm the budget, and clarify any details needed to prepare for the next step.
At our Concept Meeting, we’ll delve deeper into the design direction by presenting mood boards, inspiration images, and a selection of potential furnishings and fixtures. This meeting ensures we’re fully aligned before finalizing the design details.
The next step is the Design Meeting, where you’ll experience your full design presentation. We’ll review drawings, material samples, lighting and paint selections, and other essential elements that bring the vision to life. After this presentation, we’ll work with you to make any necessary adjustments, followed by a final meeting if needed to finalize revisions.

Once we have a finalized design, it’s time for us to handle every detail of procurement. This stage includes everything from obtaining final pricing and placing orders to overseeing tracking and quality control. We’ll manage relationships with vendors and address any issues that arise, ensuring that all pieces arrive as planned. Items are delivered to a receiving warehouse, where they’re stored safely until installation day.

Throughout the project, we’ll collaborate closely with your contractor and trades to ensure design execution. Our role is to make sure every element aligns with the plan, while also serving as a go-to resource for any design-related questions. Regular site visits, status calls, and weekly updates keep you informed and confident as your project progresses.

Finally, installation day arrives! This is when your space truly comes together. Our team coordinates the delivery and styling of each piece, transforming your space into a beautifully finished home ready to enjoy. We celebrate this exciting moment with you and ensure every last detail is perfect.
